RED Mountain Ventures Limited Partnership, established in 2004, is a vertically integrated organization that owns and operates RED Mountain Resort and its various departments including food and beverage, retail, rental, guest services, lift operations, snow sports school, daycare, marketing and accounting. RED also owns and operates property management and real estate operations, which includes land development and construction. Over the last twenty years, they have remained fiercely independent, yet doing its best to be sensitive to the community of Rossland. The economic and community balance is a never-ending process.
Brothers, David and Christopher Evans, have over forty years of combined real estate development experience in the areas of residential, commercial and hospitality. They seek unique real estate opportunities that meet a niche market need. Their involvement with RED Mountain Homes combines their real estate and hospitality business experience with their passion for mountain life that started as children growing up skiing Blackcomb.

Yamamoto Architecture was founded in 1991 by Taizo Yamamoto, an architect with over 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial architecture, as well as a renowned sketch artist who brings an artist’s eye to The Daly’s architecture.
Vancouver-based, Integra Architecture Inc. was formed in 1999 by two experienced architects – Dale Staples and Duane Siegrist. The partners share a belief in client-centered architecture, teamwork, and long-term working relationships. The firm’s capable staff has extensive experience in all types of residential buildings, mixed-use projects, as well as renovations and seniors housing.
