What is The Glades?

The Glades is RED Mountain Homes’ first and only townhome neighbourhood — a collection of private, attached-garage townhomes tucked into a canopy of trees with ski-home access via RED’s War Eagle run. It offers the most residential and private ownership experience in the collection.

What makes The Glades different?

Three things set it apart: private attached garages, ski-home access directly off the mountain, and a wooded setting that feels genuinely removed from the resort base while still being steps from it.

What home sizes are available in The Glades?

The Glades offers three to five-bedroom townhomes ranging from approximately 1,419 to 2,110 square feet — the largest homes in the RED Mountain Homes collection. Contact us for current floor plan availability and pricing.

Is there still inventory available?

The first release sold out. A new release of 12 townhomes is now available. Given the pace of previous sales, we encourage early engagement with our team.

Can I assign my contract or add a family member?

Assignments into a corporation or the addition of family members are permitted for a set period prior to completion, subject to developer approval. A $2,500 administrative fee applies. Third-party assignments are not permitted. Contact our team for specifics.

Are there rental restrictions at The Glades?

No. Short-term and nightly rentals are permitted across all RED Mountain Homes neighbourhoods including The Glades.

What warranty coverage applies?

Every Glades townhome comes with the standard 2/5/10 new home warranty — two years on labour and materials, five years on the building envelope, and ten years on structure and foundation.
